The ViQ® Academy is the only authorised training programme for certified ViQ® Profilers. Since 2011, we have trained coaches, HR professionals, consultants and executives in the professional application of the ViQ® – Visual Questionnaire.
The rigorous certification seminar bridges the theoretical depth of PSI Theory with immediate practical application. You will learn to interpret ViQ® profiles with precision, conduct debriefing conversations and apply the instrument independently in coaching, consulting, HR and team development.
Our curriculum is grounded in rigorous scientific foundations — from C.G. Jung and PSI Theory (Prof. Julius Kuhl, Prof. David Scheffer) to Prof. Daniel Kahneman. Built on over 15 years of applied practice, a proprietary psychometric manual, and 1.5 million ViQ® assessments conducted worldwide.
Only registered ViQ® Profilers are authorised to use the ViQ® – Visual Questionnaire in a professional context.
The ViQ® Certification Seminar is structured in three consecutive modules. Delivered virtually or in-person — concluding with a written assessment and an official certificate of licence.
Theoretical foundations of the ViQ® – Visual Questionnaire, C.G. Jung, Kahneman, PSI Theory, NeuroIPS® Framework and the measurement of implicit personality. Interpretation of the six dimensions and the 16 NeuroIPS® profiles. Initial case discussions.
Demonstration of acquired competencies through a written submission. Analysis and interpretation of real ViQ® profiles. Independent preparation of a full assessment report under examination conditions.
Review of written assessments, deepening of theoretical foundations and complex profile constellations. Preparation for professional application in consulting and HR practice. Programme conclusion and presentation of the licence certificate.
We are the sole authorised body worldwide to train practitioners in the application of the ViQ® and to issue licences. No other institution may train or certify ViQ® Profilers.
