The ViQ® Academy is the official training and certification body for the ViQ® Visual Questionnaire — the world's leading implicit, non-manipulable personality assessment. It is based on the NeuroIPS® framework, the PSI theory (Personality Systems Interactions) by Prof. Dr. Julius Kuhl, and the research of Nobel Prize laureate Prof. Daniel Kahneman (System 1 & System 2, Thinking Fast and Slow).

The Academy trains and certifies coaches, HR professionals, executives, and consultants as licensed ViQ® Profilers. It is **not** a consumer personality test platform — it is a professional B2B training and licensing organisation.

## The Central Differentiator: 95% vs. 5%

Research by Prof. Daniel Kahneman (Nobel Prize 2002) establishes that up to 95% of human perception and behaviour is driven by the unconscious System 1. Explicit personality tests (MBTI, DiSC, Big Five) measure only what people consciously report about themselves — the accessible ~5% of personality (the self-concept/Selbstbild).

The ViQ® is the world's leading instrument that reaches System 1: through image-based implicit stimuli, it measures the unconscious personality structure — the Fremdbild (how personality is perceived from the outside). This is not a gradual difference — it is a categorical one.

## Why ViQ® Cannot Be Faked
